Welcome to ARMAT. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ARMAT mobile app and the website armat.app (together, the “Service”), operated by Armat, Yerevan, Armenia (“ARMAT,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
ARMAT is a wellness app that offers yoga video classes, guided meditations, sleep stories, and podcasts. Content may be added, changed, or removed over time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ARMAT. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
If the Service lets you create an account, you agree to:
You are responsible for activity under your account.
ARMAT provides general wellness content for information and relaxation only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.
You use the Service at your own risk. ARMAT is not responsible for injuries or health problems that result from following our content.
You agree to use ARMAT only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
All content in ARMAT, including videos, audio, podcasts, text, images, logos, and the app itself, belongs to ARMAT or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and stream or download content for your own personal use. No other rights are granted.
The app is available through the App Store, Google Play, and, for Android, a direct download (APK) from armat.app.
Where offline listening is available, downloaded content is for personal use only, stays inside the app, and may stop working if your access ends or content is removed.
Some features of ARMAT may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, and what’s included are shown before you subscribe.
How payment works. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribe. ARMAT does not receive or store your card details.
Refunds. Because payments go through the app stores, refund requests are handled under their policies. For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, please contact Apple or Google. If you have a problem with a charge, contact us at support@armat.app and we will help you resolve it. Refunds, where approved, go back to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. A change applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, using the payment method on file with the store you subscribed through, unless you cancel first.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time:
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access to paid features until that date, and you will not be charged again after it. Once the period ends, paid features stop working unless you subscribe again.
The Service may include podcasts, guest content, or links from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and their views are their own.
Your use of ARMAT is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
We work to keep ARMAT running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You can stop using ARMAT and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific health, wellness, or relaxation results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARMAT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
ARMAT is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures in the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, government actions, power or internet outages, failures of app stores or hosting providers, cyberattacks, strikes, wars, emergencies, and pandemics. If such an event happens, we will work to restore the Service as soon as reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or on the website. By continuing to use ARMAT after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
